Jelly Good Show!

It’s Queen Elizabeth II’s 90th birthday this year and on Sunday June 12th 2016, The Mall in St James’s Park will be transformed for its largest ever street party, the Patron’s Lunch, to celebrate.

As part of this event, Taylor Herring commissioned, on behalf of Pimms, a metre long sculpture of Buckingham Palace made out of Pimms and lemonade jelly.  This fantastic Buckingham Palace jelly sculpture weighs 35Kg and took 35 litres of Pimms and lemonade to make.

Alongside this striking sculpture of Buckingham Palace, Tim Simpson also sculpted a very cute corgi which was made into a number of smaller Pimms and champagne jellys.
