Full Job Description
Job Overview
You’ll be the engine behind our workshop operations, taking ownership of essential office administration and HR support functions. You’ll also work closely with the leadership team to provide day-to-day assistance and coordination, helping them stay organised, informed and focused on big-picture priorities.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Providing administrative support to the leadership team and wider company, including diary management, meeting coordination, and occasional note-taking
- General office admin: answering phones, managing office and workshop supplies, coordinating post and deliveries
- HR support: arranging interviews, preparing employment contracts, maintaining personnel files, managing holiday/sick leave trackers, supporting disciplinary and grievance processes, etc.
- Supporting onboarding and exit processes
- Managing internal communications and updating HR systems
- Booking travel/accommodation for the team as needed
- Coordinating meetings, workshop diaries and assisting with team events
- Liaising with suppliers, IT support, and contractors as required to keep the offices and teams running smoothly
- Ensuring health & safety and compliance procedures are maintained
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative and HR support role
- Organised, proactive, and confident, juggling a variety of tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using Word, Excel and basic HR systems
- A problem-solver with great attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for working in a creative environment
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
