Scent straight from the Lidl bakery

We definitely worked up an appetite bringing these limited edition croissant-shaped perfume bottles to life for Lidl. 

Created in partnership with glassmakers Midton, each bottle was filled with “Eau de Croissant”, a playful scent inspired by Lidl’s bakery range. Think warm, buttery, fresh-from-the-oven deliciousness, captured as a wearable fragrance.

To begin the transformation, rows and rows of delicate glass bottles were carefully laid out in the Plunge workshop. Then, our highly skilled team ensured that each one was hand-polished and lacquered to glossy, almost edible perfection. 

When each bottle was ready, the team skilfully inserted a small vessel and decorative stopper to hold the all important warm, rich fragrance in place. 

Precision, patience, and craftsmanship went into every croissant-shaped bottle and the result was a campaign that not only created a Lidl buzz but also a few pastry cravings along the way. The only disappointment is that this delightfully doughy scent won't be hitting the supermarket shelves anytime soon.
