In the run up to the elections earlier this year, Thorpe Park renamed their ride Derren Brown’s Ghost Train to POLL-TERGEIST – “A terrifying ghost train ride into the political unknown”.
Taylor Herring commissioned, on behalf of Thorpe Park, a caricature costume head of each of the main political leaders, Theresa May, Jeremy Corbyn and Tim Farron. These costume heads were then worn by actors, playing the political leaders, who literally chased visitors through the ‘live action’ section of the ride.
