Meet the core team

Tim Simpson

Tim Simpson

The brains behind Plunge. A creative all rounder, Tim is equally at home behind the computer, designing and visualising a project, or in the workshop, working alongside the team.

Sarah Mead

Sarah Mead

Also known as 'the voice of calm', Sarah’s role at Plunge can’t be defined as any one thing. It would be better to say she’s a bit involved in everything.

Designer

Andy McCollough

Has many years experience in turning client creative ideas into working plans ready for the makers to fabricate.

David Badcock

David Badcock

Experienced at model-making and prop production, David has extensive knowledge of most materials and processes and is a brilliant problem solver.

Dom Arundel

Dominick Arundel

Dom is a tig welder of note. Alongside metal work and being a general good all rounder, Dom also keeps things running smoothly in the workshop.

Project Manager

Emma Norris

Super responder, costume and design diva, lover of bubbles in bubbles, master of cutting remarks and typos, great at feeling powerful.

Emma Sandham King

Emma Sandham King

A great all round maker with talent for costumes. There aren't many people who can say that they've tailored a beautiful tweed suit for a horse.

Jeff Thomas

Jeff Thomas

Sculpting is Jeff's specialism but there isn't really anything he can't do in the workshop.

Prop Maker

Lou Murley

Lou is a maker with many talents... fibreglassing, woodworking and sewing to name a few. She particularly likes fake fur work and fluro colours. Oh, and innuendo and word play. Ooh-er!

Michael Hair

Michael Hair

Coming from a varied background in the creative industries, Mike has an eye for the technical detail and is used to juggling many different projects.

Tina Angus Turner

Tina Angus-Turner

Flocker extraordinaire and general all round prop maker, Tina's main area is the spray booth.

Plus all the talented freelance makers and project managers who also work with us.
